Your first appointment is an unhurried assessment — about an hour. You'll leave knowing what's going on, what your options are and what they cost.

Fees & health funds
Clear costs before treatment
Treatment fees depend on your assessment, so we don't quote treatment prices without seeing you. Your estimate lists item numbers you can give your health fund to check your rebate.

Common questions
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. A referral isn't needed for health fund claims either.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Usually the first visit is for assessment and planning. Urgent problems such as an abscess are treated on the day where possible.
Can I bring someone to interpret?
You're welcome to bring family. We also consult in Mandarin and Cantonese — let us know when booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full, and the fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
