When to refer

Stage III–IV periodontitis
Including residual PPDs ≥5 mm with BoP after initial therapy.
Grade C / younger patients
Rapid progression or molar–incisor pattern.
Gingival recession
Root coverage, phenotype modification, pre-orthodontic grafting.
Implant site development (graft only)
GBR, ridge preservation and sinus augmentation. We rebuild the site; the patient returns to you to place the implant.
Peri-implant disease
Mucositis not resolving, or radiographic bone loss around implants.
Crown lengthening
Functional or aesthetic, ahead of your restoration.
Surgical-only implant pathway
We place. You restore.

We're more than happy to look after your patient from start to finish. Our in-house specialist prosthodontist restores the implant, and your patient returns to you for their ongoing care.
